As an arsenal fan, i am delighted to see so many talented youngsters in the team. However, wouldn't this result in us having too many good players? Just look at the strikers. We have adebayor, van persie, vela, bendtner, and not to forget eduardo. Now, there's simpsons. You may argue that simpsons is for the future but eduardo and v.persie(the oldest) are only 25! They have many more years ahead! Hence we will have like 6 quality strikers but only place for 2 in the starting line-up in the 4-4-2 formation.

outstanding, the future looks very bright indeed, but we can't put too much pressure on them, these are kids, some not even out of school yet ans some people want them in the senior squad playing 50 games a year, they are not physically ready yet, half of them are still growing!! Vela, incredible, and he has everything to be a real star, and he will be, but Wenger knows what he is doing, he eased Walcott in and look at him now, he eased in Adebayor, Toure, Clichy all of them, he knows what he is doing and when the time is right, the players that are gonna make it, ie Wilshere, Gibbs, Simpson (potenitally the next Ian Wright), Ramsey, Vela, Merida, Fabianski will get their chance, but if they are rushed they risk being burnt out by the time they are 20!

on theother hand I think Randall, good though he is, isnt quite up to standard and might not make it at arsenal

It's great to see the younger Gunners come together and perform magnificently, even if it was against a side like Wigan. They showed lots of promise tonight, especially Vela.

Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant....just can't believe what I saw. Seeing these boys makes me love soccer more and more...OMG...every Arsenal player showed real talent today..

i watched this match. I don't think the 1st team would play like this. this is just outstanding. the spirit, speed, they're way better than their senior. wenger should vela in the senior squad.
