great strike by ballack.

the guy in the wall sure cheats when ballack goes to kick it... he gets within 5 or so yards! he JUST misses the ball when it fly's by him. great strike!

I was disappointed by the performance aswell, but the pressure, put on the team by the press here in Germany was huge, because of the rivalry between austria and Germany. I think we will see a different performing team in the Quarterfinal against portugal, as they arent the favourites in that match, anymore....

Boring........great goal.....Gomez needs to go away if you miss that ball a meter in front of goal with no one in front of you

looking forward to Portugal - Germany....they haven't won yet. last time they met was in the match for the third place in WC 2006, germany won 3:1....when they start using long range shots with guys like ballack, frings, podolski or Schwensteiger they maybe can beat ricardo more easily than by doing that out of game!

What???? They play shit under pressure? :) several times we have reached the final without being the best team, what did portugal reach? NOTHING!!! They play attractive but they havent won that much as germany holy shit!!!
