Ballack is a good player while he play for Bayern and Germany side, but i can't see anything that can be too much proud of since he play for Chelsea, i dunno maybe it was just me..but i still can't see the impact of him in Premier League so far.. [-(

He's good yes, like a slightly lesser Gerrard, but because of this you'll never get the best out of him with Lampard on the pitch. He only came into his own last season when Lampard was injured.

I guess ballack has become on of the best midfielders in the world in the last few years in chelsea. of course there is still gerrard and still lampard but ballack does not need to hide. a great player and I hope he finally will beat the curse and win a big trophy!

he's a great midfielder and a 100% leader. and when u compare him with gerrard and lampard: they both haven't been able to lead england as far as world cup semis and europe finals.

Yeah he does choke all the time... especially against portugal and austria in the Euro. I guess that's why he was also one of Chelsea's top players while Lampard was injured and also one of the better players of the Euro tourney. But he did shank that PK vs Man U... oh no wait that was Terry

Ballack is my all time favorite. I loved him at Bayern and I love him at Chelsea. I dont know if he is better than Gerrard but it sure is close. i just wish he got more time for Chelsea and I hope he can break his curse.
