John Terry tries a shot towards the end of the match. DESPERATION. :d He managed to almost hit the last row of seats. :d:d:d All the better considering his comments about L'Pool.

The same John Terry who snatched his LOSERS medal in the Carling Cup and flounced off like a drama queen. What a gracious loser he is. Astounds me that he's one of the top earners in the Premier League. Money obviously doesn't buy class!

you cant really say that chelsea should be ashamed, they had plenty of chances, but barnsley just did what they did against liverpool, showed true grit, defended like champions and took the chances they created and i really hope that they win it, they really deserve it

Thanks to ppl like 'peace' for coments such as inspirational and biggest upset of the year. Unfortunatley there are monkeys such as hendin-hoe who wouldnt know one side totally dominating, but still losing- from his ill-educated tail.Next time manpoo4lyf etc. try something insightful instead of showing the world how much of a fool u r

A result like this just shows how different FA cup games are to league games.
No-one in their right mind would say Barnsley are a better team than Chelsea, but Barnsley had a much better idea of what they needed to do from the start of this game - Chelsea only really switched on in the second half and then especially so after they conceded.
But Barnsley coped fantastically and thanks to a mistake from Cuducini (he made 3 during the game that could've been goals) they got the stroke of luck they needed to win the game.
0-0 and a replay at Stamford Bridge would have been a victory for them as well, but this is just a wonderful result - my grandad would proud.

Liverpool have won the league (the one that was started by 6 midlands teams and 6 north west teams - remember that londoners!) more times than any other club. Although Utd are getting close.
But that's completely off-topic. Barnsley were everything they could be on the day and I really hope they dont slip up against Cardiff.

I feel sorry for you, Northstander. And why? Because you dont understand why a Wolves fan doesn't care if he might always be a championship club supporter (although i think we may see wolves up in the top 20 before long - the championship is a tough league to get out of though).
But if Chelsea ever got relegated, I guarrantee you that Stamford Bridge would be pretty much empty every saturday.

Let me tell you something Cityfan. Back in the 80's when we were in division 2 we had the best away support in the land, bar none. We got lucky with Abramovich buying the club and granted, with it came the prawn sandwich brigade. I just get sick and tired listening to mugs like that woves idiot calling us Chelsea scum with no justification other than petty jealousy over our success. If they had someone with ******** big enough to invest a fortune into their club im sure they wouldnt complain. Living in the shadow of West Brom must be tough.

Terrible as it seems, the prawn sandwich brigade has invaded high profile football in general, and it wont go away.
Of course, you're right - investment brings success. If I didn't accept that, then obviously I couldn't have been paying much attention to my own club in the past year.
But, and I know you'll hate this, Arsenal are the ultimate "value for money" team.
Or Barnsley will be, but only if they get the cup.
