:d Well done Champions! Well, I feel for the Liverpudlians though. They were worthy adversary. They came in waves and we must give kudos to teams that deserve it. I just hope they will take this it in good spirit bec they were not losers. They were enterprising, only the kill was missing. But to come to Anfield and win was extremely satisfactory for Man U boyz. Well done Champions!:-?

it was a great game......carlitos has scored his most important goal so far with man u, how fitting to score his first away goal at anfield....hopefully we can have the big 4 meet in the semifinals of the champions league, that would be sweet :d:):-\";):)>-

Anderson was good... neither of the teams had any control over the midfield... Mascherano was also good... but gotta hand it to their CB... excellent defending...

i think this is going to develop into one of the biggest rivalries in the premiership, bigger than it is now...
didnt really enjoy the game, i think both sides could say the referee was a bit sketchy, no real control or flowing football from either side, it was always United trying to develop something and Liverpool disrupting, and vice versa until one team capitalized on a mistake...
it will be a close title race in the end i think, closer than it is now between the top four...
Liverpool have nowhere to go but up...
well done United...

Both teams I feel played rather badly (defensively at least). A lot of miscommunication between Van der Saar and his defenders.
Though I have to admit Liverpool deserved the loss. How could they leave the left side completely unmarked off a free kick? What were they thinking?

:-w Well I believe it will soon become a 2 horse race in the end... but I don't think the trailing second is going to be Arsenal. Most likely Chelsea. Arsenal is riding their luck. Sooner or later the dam is gonna burst and they will not be able to sustain the pressure. They are going to get tired... and then it is Sayonara!:-?

gerrard-liverpool didnt really 'dominate'
united played defense, didnt let them through. you may have been attacking more, but you wrent really getting anywhere. i dont consider that dominating.
El Nino- United played great defense. the only mistakes were VDS, other than that, we were fantastic defensively.
as for leaving the left side unmarked... they left the entire area outside the box unmarked. its just no one picked up rooney when he ran in.
i love how ferdinand made torres look like a baby. just knocked him over, told the fans to shut the ^%$# up and adn when torres tried to be cool and stand up, ferdinand just pushed him away like 'your not worth the effort'
