I think everybody misses a point here; the interesting point is not that a team has lost to another in a horrifying '8-0' score but that the very same team who score eight goals indeed had lost to the other very same team just thirteen days ago... How come? In total Liverpool scored nine goals but Besiktas only two goals; however, both teams made three points in their home games against each other!

Well, good result, but i don't think liverpool can go far this season both in cup and league. They just did not have champion quality like man U or arsenal.they are not in champion class.

Compare Champions League with Premier League. Champions League is made up of TOP 4 clubs from each league to go against each other. Premier League is a competition against each others in England. Champions League is the competition across Europe and Premier League is a competition within England. Liverpool may not be the Champion club of England. But 1 thing for sure is that it is one of the champion clubs in Europe. The team with most Champions League Cup.
