seriously guys i watch the whole match and liverpool totally destroy chelsea even before lampard got sent off. even if lampard red card decision is wrong, i'm sure bosingwa should get a red card right? dosent that make chelsea back to 10man =.= even worse, 1 less defender. i bet if bosingwa get red card, u guys will be"benanyoun is at fault........ blah blah blah"

Poor officiating.. Gerrad's tackle had mal intent he missed the ball and he should have been carded, and ontop of that he showed dissent and only received a warning. Lampard's tackle was all ball and he got a red. I assume Bosingwa is going to be banned for some time for that stupid tackle he made

k everyone i have a say in this as a united fan so dont like neither side but heres the facts
liverpool won obviously
lampard got a red card but it wasnt a red card tackle maybe not even a yellow,alonso also jumped over and lampard got the ball
even now the card ban has been lifted and the ref is under new training
fact liverpool owned them throughout posesion and destroyed them on the pitch
now if u wanna complain i think bosingwa is the best case because that is a red but not for fat lamp

Lampards tackle was completely idiotic as he saw Gerrard being warned about a tackle of that risk and the referee gave that warning to ALL the players to not tackle in such a dangerous manner. It doesn't matter if it was Lampard or Torres ( as an example ) who tackled like that, he would have red carded them for not listening to Gerrards warning, thus implying Lampards tackle as a second offence. I completely support the referees decision

If you want to get bitchy about it, it is 'Association football'. You have to deal with the fact that it is called 'soccer' in some parts of the world. You must be an insecure person about this game if you correct others about calling it 'soccer' or 'football'.

About the match. It doesn't make a difference, the game ended how it did. The result is there, get over it.

IDIOT it DOES matter if you get to the ball fist or not, didn't you hear the commentataors saying Benayoun (is that his name) should feel guilty also he kicked into Lampard even though Lampard got to it first making it look like it's dangerous....the ref must've been blind or something....Lampard DEFINITELY did not deserve that red...i'm not a Chelsea fan anyway but....that sucks

to aurelio then crossed to torres. and gerrard

I figured that kind of *hit was on possible in the Italia Series A..... terrible red card.... made me sick to my stomach... Liverpoo badly outplayed Chelsea (yes, i spelt it LIVERPOO), but that awful red card didn't help Chelsea at all...

it dosn't matter if you get the ball or not ....it was a dangerous play because he could have broken the guy's leg; if there was a hard injury then you guys wouldn't have been arguing. I also think gerrard should of been booked for his challange.

I agree the red card of Lampard was too harsh, and Bosingwa should have received one instead.
Liverpool deserved the win nonetheless. Chelsea was totally outplayed the whole match. They got what, like 1 shot from Kalou the whole game. So please don't say referee helped Liv to win.

For those people who said that Lampard should not hav a card, u r seriously dumb, can't u see Lampard was going for the person instead of the ball? The ball just accidentally went for his feet. He didn't complain too, if he really got accused, he should have argued with the referee. Nobody who got accused will not care. For u guys saying the referee aren't fit to be a referee, try to be a referee then, I personally think that's a good decision by referee.

For the Bosingwa's part, Bosingwa should have a red card, if not, at least a yellow card for kicking Benayoun's back, that was so intentional, I think the referee was blind on this challenge though.

To add on, I feel Torres has found himself back after bundles of injury, good job Torres.
