Yep - granted not the most entertaining Barca Man Utd match - but hold on a second children - that's the point.

Why do think Ferguson picked that formation? Not to attack and entertain - that was ALWAYS a red herring. United never planned to do that.

Of course it was desperately boring. But frankly any of you who thinks Barcelona were any good tonight needs to grow up and read between the lines - United's formation MADE them look good. A truly great side - Barca of three, four years ago, Real of six, eight years ago - would have scored several.

Yes lots of ball time, yes comfortable on the ball - but how many chances in front of their 90,000+ fans...?

United to finish the job next week. And in style...

See you in the final Chelsea.

Barca played ALL OVER Man U ..but those STUPID ENGLISH commentators were only putting Man u in positive light when in fact they COULD Not make a note..I HAD TO WATCH THE REST OF THE GAME ON THE SPAINSH CHANNEL....THEY'RE BETTER ANYWAY.....Man u SUCK but they do have good players...

just watch the barca vs mu game, ferguson was very brave to put hargreaves as right back, rooney as right mid, tevez second st, ronaldo center fwd, and also wes brown as center back. I think this was the weirdest formation mu ever had this season, and gladly it didnt work :)). Wes Brown had blundersss, yes i mean blunder with alot of ssss, rooney never got shot on goal, player coordination is very bad especially in the right wing of mu (wes brown is a lot better as right back but not as center back). Anyway, mu was very lucky to have a draw in this game. It's not fair if i dont comment on barca side, hehe. Barca was alot better than mu, but they just didnt have the fortune to put even a single goal into mu's goal. And also rijkard is very2 brave to substitue messi (soul of barca at the game) with bojan, and it didnt work. I think he should put at least henry not bojan to substitue messi.

Rooney doesn't RUN? I'd say he's oen of the fastest strikers in Brittain dolt! Plus he can dribble but that's a quality of a midfielder not a striker in front of the goalpost. Plus i think his work rate is twice what u can ever achieve in ur life.

Moe - I don't think United can be accused of arrogance these days. Ferguson is always careful to be diplomatic about the strengths of the opposition and most United players are usually coached to keep their traps shut before a big match.

Messi has been out for 46 days by the way. If he performs anything like ppl are saying his is going to then, yes - he's a magical player.

It's time for Ronaldo to conjure up another performance like the Roma first leg - and dispel a few more of those lingering doubts about his European big match credentials.

Also, individually, Messi is better than Ronaldo. He also is younger. Messi just had an injury plagued season while Ronaldo hasn't. Trust me, next year is Messi's year.
