bergkamp deserves no #1! (and I'm germand ;))

I really miss Phillip Lahm's opening goal WC 2006 and also Zidanes Penalty against the best goalkeeper on this planet in a WC final...how can anybody be so cool and chip the ball under the crossbar and start cheering before the ball crossed the line.
beliefe me, he exactly knew what he was doing...zidane --> best of all times.

that was in a minor international tournament in france, not a world cup.

Maradona's goal against Greece shouldn't be in there because he was using doping in the Us tournament.

Del Piero's goal against Germany semifinal 2006
Dumitrescu's goal against Argentina 1994
Igor Belanov goal against Belgium 1986
Neeskens and Cruyff goal against Brazil 1974

and last but not least Neeskend goal against germany in the final not because it was a good PK but because of the set up
if I am not mistaken this was the first goal in WC history where the opponent didn't touch the ball before it was in the net.

i think the goals aren't put in ranks, so it doesn't mean that the latest goal considered the best.

it was not in the world cup, but a tournament before france '98 competing 4 national teams.
